The patented Universal Locking Mechanism (ULM) secures the cover without requiring a nut—compatible with bolts and screws ranging from 5/16 to 3/8 in. diameter (minimum 1-1/2 in. length). Alternatively, use the integrated speed nut shelf for traditional nut-and-bolt fastening. A dedicated pipe hole accommodates water and irrigation line connections, while the overlapping cover design keeps dirt and debris out. The bayonet twist-lock lid includes ergonomic finger indentations for quick removal and installation. The green cover displays "IRRIGATION CONTROL VALVE" marking for easy identification. Constructed from UV-inhibitor-treated polypropylene (PP) for the box and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for the cover, ensuring reliable performance in outdoor conditions.
